Crazywell Pool

Crazywell Pool is a large pond located 2.5 miles from Burrator Reservoir. The walk to Crazywell Pool is not flat, but the elevation gain is gradual. It is about 100 meters long and has a surface area of about 3,500 square metres. Legend once said that the pond was bottomless but has a depth of 4.88 m.  The Pool is also said to be haunted by witches as well as many other old legends ... fancy a dip?
